Patients with pre-booked appointments

Patients with a pre-booked appointment in the practice can now enter through the main door of the Surgery (one person at a time) to the lobby.

Patients are asked to arrive unaccompanied, unless for a child’s appointment, bring in essential items only, sanitise their hands on arrival and wear a face covering.

There is a bell to the left of the inner door, to speak to Reception who will check that the patient has a prebooked appointment,

The patient will be asked to sanitise their hands (wall mounted dispenser to the right of the disabled W.C. in the lobby), and will need to be wearing a face mask.

The inner door is then unlocked and the patient will go to the Reception desk to be checked in (the automatic check in machine is not available).

The practice is operating a socially distanced, one way system through the practice and patients will leave the Surgery through the side door.

All enquiries must be made through our website, if non-urgent, or by telephoning the practice.

Specimen drop off or collection of documents, etc will carry on through the window, as before. We cannot deal with enquiries through the window.
