Appointments

Due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak and to prevent the spread of infection, for the immediate future we are temporarily disabling the ability for patients to book face to face appointments online.

However, you are still able to book GP telephone appointments online. The GP will do all they can to help you over the phone, but, if they feel they need to see you, they will either offer you a video consultation, or they will give you an appointment to come to the surgery. You will need to wear a face covering.

You will be screened for Covid-19 before you can come to the surgery, and you will need to wear a face covering.

If you are unwell with a high temperature (37.8C or higher) or a new continuous cough, or loss or change in your taste and smell, please stay at home to protect others and get a Covid-19 test.

How To Book An Appointment

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

Our Practice Nurse Debbie has undertaken additional training in managing common illness and injuries, eg:

  • Chest infections
  • Urine infections
  • Musculoskeletal injuries assessment
  • Ear and throat infections
  • Wound infections

If you feel you may have one of the above infections, please ask for an appointment with Debbie.

Code of Behaviour

The practice aims to give its patients a high quality of care in a secure environment. Whilst you are in our care or visiting our premises you have the right to expect courtesy and consideration from our staff and from other patients and visitors, and they have the right to expect the same courtesy and consideration from you.

Children Under 16 Years Old

Children under 16 should be accompanied by a parent or adult. However, there may be times when they wish to see a GP alone. Please note that we need a parent’s signed consent form for immunisations and minor surgery.

Cancelling An Appointment

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

You can do this by using our Cancel an Appointment triage, or calling us.
